Hawa Mahal is an architectural masterpiece constructed with pink and red sandstone, featuring 953 intricately designed windows (jharokhas) resembling a honeycomb. Built by Maharaja Sawai Pratap Singh in 1799, this five-story palace allowed royal women to observe street festivities while remaining unseen. The lattice windows create a natural cooling system, giving the palace its name "Palace of Winds".
